Santago says to Elizabeth "You can have whatever you desire for this wedding just name it, as I intend to have a reasonable coronation so money that could have gone for that can now go for our special day"
Catherine, I am so grateful to have you here this union between our two nations will be fruitful. We have already achieved much working together over this War of Austrian Aggression business.
I hope you like the new trade policy which I hope will allow much more commerce between our great nations. Of course, we do this unilaterally we do not expect anything in return.

"I see, well, I am happy too that our nations may join together in Holy Matrimony in these coming days. It is my great hope that we may bond together to resolve against aggression in Europe and ensure peace in our time. War is not a fruitful business, nor is it productive in all truth. But the commerce between our nations, as may be encouraged through your new tariffs, which we are indeed grateful for, ought to be of great benefit to our two nations. Further, I thank you for your generosity in your unilateral expectations."
After proceeding into the palace with Santiago, Catherine meets with Elizabeth and they all sit down to discuss.
"I posit that the wedding take place on the palace grounds, one week from today so that there is sufficient time to prepare everything. I have thought to bring the regalia for the Princess and myself, and for you," Catherine says turning to Santiago, "I think that your military uniform, with medals, ceremonial sword, and any other particular material should be sufficient. Several prominent members of the Russian nobility have already come to this fine city and are expecting word soon on the date and formal invitations. Further, I'd like for the ambassador from Russia to Spain to be present and have a central position beside myself as a show of our truly great friendship. Finally, since our father is sadly interned at Peterhof with his afflictions, I shall be the one to give my sister for marriage."

Braxton Evergarden arrives, wearing formal attire, bearing resemblance to a formal military uniform, with gold agiulette on his shoulder, and a variety of medals over his chest.
He is smoking a cigar.

"Excuse me, I'm afraid we haven't met," says Catherine, rather flustered as to why this rather brash man has entered the Spanish Royal Palace and come in on the wedding preparations.

"I see," responded Catherine, putting up her best political face in order to disguise her discomfort with this new member of the wedding party. "Anyway, I believe that you can govern the reception my good King, but I shall have one of my personal priests ordain the wedding. I hope that all the terms that I have mentioned are acceptable."

"Well then, I will let you two enjoy the wedding. I will be sure to send an envoy once this is finished."
He walks back into the crowd, drinking, clearly happy to stick around for any possible event still to happen.
